What to bring : Yoga mat or plastic sheet, scissors, face towel, pen
 
What to wear : comfortable clothes which you don’t mind to get dirty

<Aozora Yoga>
 
By traditional Hatha yoga, a holistic yogic path, including Asana(physical posture), Pranayama(breathing techniques), meditation, relax your mind and body.

 (completed 200 hrs yoga teacher training course in Dharamsala, India)
 
<Herbal ball compress >
 
The herbal ball is made from various types of herbs; Zedoary, lemongrass, kaffir lime, turmeric, wrapped in cotton. After the thermal process by steaming, press it to the body. When the herbs are heated, active medical ingredients from the herbs goes through skin to blood, and it is good for circulation, beautifying skin, relieving stiff muscles. You can be relaxed physically and mentally by herbal scents. This method is traditionally used as a treatment in pregnancy and postpartum in Thailand.
 
Therapist ; yoco
 yoco met a herbal ball during learning Thai massage in Thailand and Bali. She was impressed by its effects, and started workshop of herbal ball to spread it in Japan. After working at the resort hotel as a therapist in Okinawa, she came back to Hiroshima this summer. Massage delivery and workshop of herbal ball are available anytime!
